I wasn't trying to trap anyone who was not an avid anti Desert. It is a pity so few can play along here but I realize that at least some are incapable of it.

NL brings up the same point I encounter other places - and that is "what does it matter what the consequences of doing right are"? But the numbers are huge. He seems to think that what we already do for indigent moms is bad. this drives that number to new highs.

Yes indeed, an unloved, institutionalized 18 year old may well wind up being an unloved, institutionalized 23 year old. time to enlarge our prisons yet again. It may be that we will have to house a significant portion of these unaborted childrend for the rest of their lives.

As I said, the right rarely actually looks at the ramifications of their wishes. I would hold differently if I knew that they were willing to have more taxes taken from their income in order to support those children (and adults) but that isn't ever going to happen.

There is a problem with your thesis, though. You predict doom and gloom if abortion is made illegal. It wasn't all that long ago that abortion WAS illegal and society managed to scrape along...

You are basically agreeing with me about the likely correlation between crime rates and birth rates of unwanted children. I don't know why UB refuses to call you a racist as you clearly are one.

absolutely. the martin thread was a real eye opener.

you refuse to even acknowledge the inconsistencies and outright lies in zimmerman's tale(s) and stand by him through thick and thin. and in a certain post of that thread, you condemn the dead black kid for things zimmerman couldn't have possibly known about.

it's pretty sickening and telling.

I don't want to destroy Canndo's thread by arguing with you, UB. Why don't you start a thread where you "out" all the racists, then you can link to all of my terrible crimes and publicly humiliate me?

Yeah, the racists might not play along, but think of all the fun you would have talking to all the insightful people who are just certain that they know who all the racists are. A carefully constructed poll might be fun too.

remember, he has no history of violence whatsoever. so what caused 17 years of non-violence and running away from pedos like zimm to suddenly go upside down?

If you think, "gun-o-phobe" is irrelevant to that sentence then I suspect you flunked English Composition 101. As to "code" and "dog whistles", I will leave that to you as you are the recognized expert at hearing stuff beyond the range of ordinary humans.

I don't want to rehash the Trayvon thread here. Bump the original thread if you want, maybe I will play along.

I really think you ought to make an "Is it racist" thread, though. Just think how much fun you and others can have exposing all the ignorant racists.
