i voted for him because he was something different. i'll vote for her for the same reason. i see no reason why she couldn't give it a shot. if she starts bombing she can just turn it over to the VP.

What strikes me is the contrast between Obama and Palin as trumpeted by the media: Obama is sooo smart and Palin is sooo dumb.
It is becoming increasingly obvious to any objective observer that Obama is NOT as smart as we were told, and that Palin is NOT as dumb as we have been told.
In fact I have carefully watched Palin in some of her recent interviews and I think she stammers and says ummm and ahhm far less than does Obama.
This is going to very interesting

Totally agree. I think most of our politicians are corrupt anyway. They are out of touch with the problems real folks like ourselves are facing. I am not usually so pessimistic but when it comes to the direction we are headed, the light at the end of the tunnel is nothing more than a huge locomotive barreling straight towards us.

I absolutely hated G.W. but you would never hear me say i wanted him to fail, thats just like wanting our country to fail. i didnt agree with most of what G.W did or said, but he was our president and i can respect that. where were you when they stuffed the patriot act down our throats? Being a good american with false patriotism?
you know that the Bush admin. used the word Patriot incorrectly, we were called unamerican for not backing this bill, when in reality the bill is unamerican. Symantics.
Do you back the Oath Takers? they are trying to sabotage our military, law enforcement, and they are doing it from the inside. taking oaths to disobey direct orders? taking oaths to not obey our comander in chief? that sounds alot like treason to me. that is what scares me, not you saying our president is marxist, facist, or socialist. organizations like the Oath Takers are what is making our country unsafe, not any decision or action that our president has done. If i were a comander in our military and saw any of my men wearing an Oath Takers patch, i would put them up for a treason trial. Our last admin. made us unsafe and ole darth vader "Cheney" has the nerve to say Obama is making us unsafe, another example of hipocrasy. and to say they kept us safe, we were attacked on their watch! hipocrasy, revisionist propaganda.
Who cares about Palin? she showed us how she can do her job by quiting before her term for governor was up? i would have more respect for her if she had finnished it out, even if it meant no book deal. not much though, shes just like the rest of them..
I am tired of this political nonsense.... lets get together (right and left) and take this country back, we may not agree on much, but what we do believe in is america. so lets make it better for everyone (except the politicians) we need to make them suffer for the crap they are stuffing down our throats. When i say politicians i do mean Obama too so dont hate, like i said I am losing major faith that any politician is even capable of doing the right thing. you and me, i know that we can do the right thing........we have ethics and morals. cant say that for those bastards!
lets get past all the bullshit that "they" want us to fight about, they are trying to keep us split so we cant retake america. lets discuss how we as citizens are going to do it. how we as a whole, left and right, can come together (unlike in washington) and make our country better. i think we are beyond calling our representatives, and congress, and states, and so on. they are not listening. how we can come together and be a force stronger than any president, stronger than any military, and make things right. do we need bloodshed to get our points across? i dont think so, not yet anyways. but if this all keeps up I'm sure the bloodshed is on its way. lets fix america before that please.... i dont want to be in a civil war where we (left and right) are fighting for shit we dont even believe in just cuz they said to.

I love america, if any country can pull through this shit we can, but, we need to get past the stupidity they keep telling us to fight about. Obama supports what? Unions, government subsidies for groups of citizens, federal government control over the housing sector, federal government control over the auto industry, federal government control over the medical field, federal government control of education, federal government control over the states... What more proof do you need that you are on the wrong side of individual liberty? As for Palin, you, and the rest of the supporters of the Marxist/fascist Obama, hate her because she opposes your guy. There can be no other reason for the irrational fear of a private citizen. I'm scared of exactly what I said I was scared of..... extremists on both sides spreading false information, groups like The Oath Takers, people that can not open their minds to change, people that obstruct progress because of personal issues with our president.
