Well, this thread has turned hateful in ways I never imagined...

My original proposal to allow small personal grows with federal approval has sparked "civil war like" responses...I didn't intend that...

Some idiot used an analogy to guns to refute my "4 plants in veg, and 4 plants in flower" restrictions...first of all, if you were MANUFACTURING guns, you would most certainly face these types of restrictions...just ask Sturm Ruger...or Smith & Wesson...

Just read the "caregiver growing laws" of the states that allow medical MJ...they ALL have restrictions on the number of plants in veg, in flower, etc...just like I proposed...and I'll bet the best 6 inches of my 9-inch dick that they ALL allow for inspections of the grow (i.e. police searches) just like I proposed...

The problem here is that you constitutional purists are only drug dealer wannabes...you want to grow with no restrictions, so you can sell...

Hell, I don't blame you...in fact, I support you...I hope you can get such laws passed...I really do...

But the truth is that you will NEVER get such laws passed in the USA...because the gov't wants their share of the profit...

A blanket "grow and sell as you please" law in the USA will NOT OCCUR in our lifetime...no matter how young you are...politicians will ALWAYS want a return on their "concessions"...

Again, as I've stated before, my proposal was NOT perfect...but it WAS a HUGE improvement over what we have now...for small personal growers...you drug dealer wannabe constitutional purists will wait till you are cold in the grave before you get your wishes...although I hope for your agenda to become the law of the land soon...but as a realist, I know better...

Because it is not a voluntary Union. That ceased to exist after the various States went in hock for War Ships. It is like the Mafia for States. No getting out. Settled in 1864.

How can 'they' even limit something put here by god? Grows straight from the earth! This is not cigarettes injected with poison, yet no limit on cigarettes! This is not meds (of which I am now totally free from, after being on them for 12 years) man-made with enough crap to give you seizures, pocked skin, higher and higher tolerance, addiction,nausea, even death. This isn't even booze made with numerous ingredients! Weed was put on this earth for a specific purpose, as a gift from god to help with SO many ailments. You grow it, you use it. Why should anyone be able to tell me what kind of plants I can grow, and how many? What's next? Maybe 'they will take away the trees from our yards, or flower beds. What?! Not the same? It most certainly IS the same! What if in days gone by, people discovered coffee beans and the gov. Decided "Oh no, I don't think so, coffee wakes you, takes away headaches... Well, we can't have that!" What then? What's the difference.


Yes, I absolutely agree in certain laws pertaining to weed, but nobody can tell me to dig up my yard of something that god himself put there!

Are you familiar with the fact that the 9th Circuit has already ruled there is no reasonable limit to plants for personal use?

Have you read even one States MMJ law text? And Chesus or anybody could bring it all right here to show you just how dumb you are getting with this. OK?

You sir, are talking out your ass about something you know nothing about. Im a licensed medical patient, as well as a caregiver for two other patients. I find it funny that you think you can judge peoples knowledge based on the amount of "rep" and "posts" they have on a internet forum. My 6000w 45 plant medical grow keeps me kind of busy, couple that with a full time job and I dont have a lot of time to post. But Im willing to bet my 100% legal 4.5lbs of medicine that you dont know jack shit about any of the nonsense that falls out of your mouth. Give the police permission to search my residence multiple times a month? lol sure, come right past my locked door, red nose pit, 40cal S&W, and oh yeah... MY DEAD FUCKING BODY! we need to quit letting the government take our rights. FTP OVER GROW THE GOVERNMENT
