A New Proposed Federal Marijuana Law...

If you can sell tomatoes or watermelons why cant you sell tobacco?
If i'm not mistaking you have to have a license for the sale of tobacco along with a tobacco tax stamp and business license. But i believe anyone should be able to do so. Same thing with beer and wine. An adult can ferment upwards of 100 gallons of wine per household per year and beer you can brew tons. But the sell of said substance will cost you an arm and a leg and a whole bunch of hurdles to jump through...

Goes for raw milk also on farm

Nothing right or wrong

The Will of people is constantly under debate

That is the entire point of self rule.
WE change it when WE want to.

Nothing good or bad, right or wrong about it.

It should be both ways.

You should be able to sell tobacco, beer, wine, etc.

If you want to have a sticker or other item that says it has been reviewed and approved (like the UL sticker on electrical appliances) you should be able to go through a licensing process.

Either way people should be left to decide what they choose to buy from their neighbor.

What should be the meaning of the word should?

You don't seem to understand. There is no try or should, it is only do or do not, in self rule.

The WILL.

And for those that think the majority is a tyranny for the minority, just think of the only, ONLY alternative.

The only alternative to self rule is warlord.

Warlord is the tyranny of the micro-minority over the major majority, by fear.

If you chaff as the minority voice of embraces/reject theories, then at least in self rule, WE protect your right to hate us.

License to
-sell
-manufacture
-USDA inspector (you pay for that)
-FDA approval
-Warning stickers
-minimum security measures
-tax stamps
-bonding
I might be leaving some stuff out

Now Alchohol is a completly different and Way more expensive process

Figure 250-500 k in either case. Big Tobacco and alchohol want to keep it that way.

Wont be no different with weed.
Look at Arizona where it is against the law to grow within 25 miles of a dispensary. Who does that benefit?

I saw that one state, Ohio?, is gearing up to have it grown only in govt grow centers.

Bollocks up on that one already, I'd say. But, at least it is something. All States rule themselves.

CA is worth it. Expensive. Crazy people and aloofness beyond mosts' imagination is what my visiting friends say....but worth it.

Real simple
Just like Raw Milk

Legal to grow and possess
Illegal to sell

No money in it, and the goverment cant try to regulate it if you are using it yourself.
disclaimer
I am sure you wont be able to grow it outdoors within a certain distance from a school

"it's for the children"

Nothing "right or wrong" about it? Okay.

Please explain legal slavery and genocide of the American Indians.

These several States decided among themselves to institute a Federal system so that Commerce between themselves can be regulated by THEMSELVES and not a King. It was a declaration of sovereignty of the Colonies, to become State actors.

These Actors decided the System. Each of the Founders were not from the USA. They made that. They were from the various States and in order to form a Union, blah, blah, blah.

And States then Declared a Federal System so the common defense can be seen to. And it is the States that Regulate the Federal Govt, not the People. But, even that is balanced, by voting next time.

We People are in Self Rule in our Counties and in that way WE Regulate our States, by voting next time.

If you think different, you fell for the Anti-Con.

You should read the case about wheat growing and the interstate commerce clause to find out what a joke it is....not to mention ummm lessee....uh pot prohibition.

If the states regulate the feds....how come states can't leave the supposed voluntary union?

Nothing wrong about it? I think there's no intelligent life here....beam me up Scotty.
You are not listening. You defining morality to me is like saying ketchup is mustard. Ain't gonna happen.

And your brain is quite frozen in fear if you think there is some kind of intrinsic right and wrong.

And if you think you get to describe it as common knowledge, you do not. And if that upsets you Mr. Scott I suggest you report to Sick Bay. :)
