Look fine. Sometimes when the light isnt close enough at this age they will grow towards the reflective side of the tent. Bring the light closer like you did and they will sort themselves out

you need a fan blowing over them, well across them to be precise.
an oalating fan will strenghen the stems up nicely.
and as nutty said
what light you useing? and how close do you have it?

I am using a 400 watt LED, it's my first time growing inside, I had it about 2 ft above them and yesterday I lowered it down to about a foot

the simplest old school method, if you can leave the underside of your forearm under the light where your canopy is and it's not burning you, they're usually okay.

if the light is too far they get stretchy and may fall over.

Your plants look fine. :)

Gently air flow helps build stem strength. When they get bigger (maybe 5-6") you can also very gently rub the stem with your finger, this will help strengthen the stem as well.

ii wasnt sure if the hand under the lights to feel heat works with LED'S, i know it works for HID's. you can get light stress if the leds are too close, so be carefull about that.
i baught 2 mars hydro ts600's when they first came out, put them as close as i thaught they could handle the heat and burnt the tops of my plants through doing so, so be carefull
i dont know about led's apart from that, it makes a differance what setting the lights are on too.

i keep seedlings that small in seedling trays

much easier to control them and their requirements

when they get taller i move them to cups/larger containers

I've found bent paper clips and garbage twisty ties make decent support systems for small seedlings that don't like to stand on their own...

i prepare a well in my coco for two reasons
1. seed location if it dont pop up on its own after a few days
2. so its easy to back fill around the seedling with dryish coco not to damp to brace it once it shoots for the light

less is more when they that young

bbq sqewer make great supports, get the thin ones, coctail stick thickness, or use coctail stisks n twiz ties as an alternative

Do you have your light dialled back?

A 400 watt led on full blast at 1 foot above your seedlings will fry them. If you had it at full power when it was 2 foot above then your problem is to much light.

Hey man....I'm new to growing with LED....I am having same issue....help me out maybe??
Germinated using paper towels, grew 3/4 inch before planting (already shed the seed). Planted top flush to the top of soil. Next day they were 1/2 tall, now day 2 still 1/2-1" tall but many are bending over, some still straight up.
Perfect seedling conditions 75degrees 68-75% RH. Small oscillating fan going
My led was 28" above tops, dimmed to 25%........I just lowered light to the recommended height for seedlings, 18" at 50% (per Viparspectra 1500 pro instructions
I'm only gently spraying a little water, they're not flooded, all have the 4 tiny leaves.

Does it sound like the light was to far away and not strong enough??? I'm really hoping they stand back up. They're nice and dark green, but most are bending 1/2 way up the stem.

Sounds like you got it.
Getcha one of those cheapo 3 way meters, the light function works fine.I keep my seedlings at around 500 and then transition them up to 1000 as they leaf out.

You mean like this? I tried one once and sent it back the next day. The ph reading was way off.

you say the seedlings are bending over, are they bending towards the light?
