baby seedling problems

I'm new to this and my seedlings just popped up about 4 days ago and they started to bend yesterday I put some dirt under them to try to hold them up and lowered the light from about 20 in down to a foot does anybody have any hints as to what could be happening they seem to be bending not...

strain is amnesia haze RQS autoflower, biobizz lightmix soil, cfl tubes, haven't used any nutes yet. seedling from lights are about 25cm. so what the hell are these brownish streaks on them new baby leaves? my other two seedlings dont have it is this a serious problem? thanks for any answers.
