what do u exactly mean by that /?? the highlighted bold statement.things are changing fast. the bottom fell out of the buyers bulk market. place is flooded. everybody is hand picking the best stuff because thet have 20 options to choose from. i'm starting to have issues with the clubs though. let's see if i can break it down.
hypothetical:
my street guy gives me $2800 a lb cash up front. he turns it over and makes $100. he comes from out of town so that barely covers his time and gas. then it gets broken up. i'm not sure but i assume another 100 or so dollars is made. then it goes to the next guy........until it hits the streets for $55 an 1/8th. each person along the way makes a small piece.
there are a few guys out there blowing up houses in the bay area then turning it over on the streets as dime bags. they make bucks and drive bmw's. makes us look bad. they are few and far between. you hear about them the most though. most of us are just trying to get by.
i go to the club with the exact same bag. they offer me $2300. often on a 1 week front. they walk out front and bag it and sell it for $55 an 1/8th. now i understand they have overhead but why offer a lower than street value price to the grower yet offer it to patients at street prices.
i'm starting to beleive the clubs are the crooks here.
just my rant.

street thugs. drug dealers. people in it just to make money. using the medical community as a front.
clubs are like candy stores.
you walk into the reception area and check in. they buzz the inner door for you. you walk into the dispensary. they have huge dry erase boards on the wall listing all the goods. it's usually graded - A+, A, A-, B, C, D and E. the E starts at $25 the A+ is currently running at $57.50. there are usually 4 - 8 strains of each grade. often more, often less. they also list - hash, honey, kief, tinctures, candies, edibles, teas, massage oils, .........
but first you want to visit the clone room. it's been insane lately. clones start at $12 and go up according to size. they have some 3 foot plants in at the moment i think they run about $30. they usually have around 15 - 20 different strains. 50 count trays.
once you grab a clone or two you can pull up a seat on one of the cushy couches or recliners. grab a vintage (1970's) copy of high times off the coffee table to thimb thru while you wait your turn.......it's your turn.
you pull up a chair to the table. you glance at the menu on the wall and say "i'd like to see the ...........and the........and the......" then had you a mason jar of each. you unscrew the lid and smell the rich aroma. you decide how much of each and they weigh it out for you. "cash or credit?" you had them your ATM card and they swipe it. they bag up your meds and wish you a merry day.
buying low. selling high. down grading the growers.

i personally don't sleep well at night know'n that my car is parked 3 inches into the red zone..
how'd ya feel if you had a store that was selling illegal substances.. down i the mission in SF...? LOL... fook that would be burly....
I will post some pics soon... I was just at an enormous grow in the city that has been busted by the DEA 4 times... 4 different locations.. same growers... EVERY time these people go through hell... and yes,. when the business is running well, they get great compensation!

E grade here is B grade everywhere else.
