What is the space issue?
I suggest not buying anything, not growing anything, take the $ that would be spent on grow eq and electricity, and go buy yourself a nice lb or an oz of shatter. When time passes and space permits, grow then. Dont stress yourself unnecessarily, unless this is just a hobby, in which case I say get some t5's and focus on your mothers for now, forget yields for the time being.

(Old fogey rant ahead) Honestly the best advice i can give you is find a good paying job, learn a trade if you haven't already, and when you are making decent $ and can afford what it really takes, in the space required, be it rental or better yet, a mortgaged home, have a 'serious' grow then.
For now, just focus on maturing some prime genetics into some short, hearty, bushy mothers. Sell clones to friends for side cash. Dont get into it 'half heartedly', take it from me when I say that not only growing, but any hobby you partake in, will be better if you invest the required $ upfront, even if it means 'delayed gratification'.
Harsh words, but none truer were ever spoken. I wouldn't have followed this advice in my younger years, that's for sure. But now that I'm older, wiser, and done screwed myself over and been screwed over a time or two, I now offer my humble wisdom to you.

The money issue is everything u buy will cost me 3x between shipping cost and taxes.

All I can say is move or dont grow. Expat life can be nice but you can't have your cake and eat it too.
30 y/o, working, AND an expat? Congrats n all but leaving the 50 states has consequences... harsh mj laws one of them... come back to the west coast lol... or consider mainland Mexico if you aren't there already... Acapulco is the king place for expats.... where are you located, 'safe' Costa rica?
I guess now that I understand the expat situation, your back to square 1: cheap low watt LEDs. You could still run higher watt hps etc, just make sure you leave your fridge unplugged...
