One light for all stages
lol I was just editing to add that.

Yeah see above.

If you want to veg with it, 30w will veg in your 1x2 space, 60w -70w in flower. So double check it comes with a wired dimmer which will allow that much dimming, I think the built in ones like I have only dim to 40-50%, if you got the single kit with external dimmer and 120w driver it will be good for all stages.

every types of lights has it's perks. For myself i chose a hps light for the initial lower cost and for the fact that i could manage the heat. Led's are probably better in your situation

Btw forgot to mention Im gonna grow using Scrog in c

Corey Sensai thanks a lot Buddy.
If possible can u give a small brief abt that range 3400-4500k 5000 something k :)
They all grow well to be honest, the higher K veg better for tighter internodes.
All contain enough red to flower well, ive seen some folks use 6500k for flower.
Not enough difference to say definitively which is best but before my time in LED 3500k was considered the go to all round do it all kelvin. :bigjoint:

Hey buddy,
I’m ordering this for my 1x2 ft:
Color 3500k

but isn’t the PPFDa bit low, I read somewhere it should be in the 780 to 1000 or something like that.
And I got this cob for my 1x1 feet that will use for my clone before transferring it to the 1x2 after harvest:

I wouldn't worry about the par map. In full flower you will only need it dimmed to half power.

The COB is good, but its excessive for keeping a clone ticking over. In fact its excessive for full on vegging in a 1x1 with 50w. But hopefully you can dim it, you want to check with kingbrite.
Might want to take the lens off too.

How many watt per sq ft for vegging and for flowering for these lights

Should I use reflective instead.
Or none at all

30-35 for flower
15 for veg, maybe less.

Just run it bare. Lenses are best in open rooms. I always ran mine bare because you get more spread.
For your situation you have to take into account your lack of height, so you don't want light concentrated on a small spot.

Like I said before, a 20w cfl would of done the job, since your trying to keep the plant alive ticking over with minimal growth.
With that cob dimmed to 1/4 power your going to get growth and will probably chop it back down to size regularly in the time frame your talking.

No worries, lots of people took the time to help me along the way, I gota pay that back and pass on the knowledge when i get chance same as every one else has.

You can look into a diy co2 bubbler if you like, not sure how much you can do with a vented space but you can increase levels somewhat.

This forum is great, many very helpful people in all corners. :blsmoke:

Lol,
That’s a 6ft Height tent.
Mine is 3 ft. 1x2x3 for now
Shouldn’t the light not be able to escape?
Depends, you have anyone who cares stopping by? You mount the fan inside and light inside w the flanges literally poking into the duct holes, w 2-3 inches ducting in between. Make it work!, young grass-smoker...!

If necessary, mount fan outside tent, run ducting.
