$50k 20-light 25 x 25 Room build ideas

Is the room there? as in built and sheeted? Is there water within a mile of grow site? Do we have to transport vegged plants from other location? Is there a living quarters on site. Hows the pose looking? Can we bring our own clones or do we have to use yours?

Being built inside of 5000sqft (25ft ceilings) warehouse and 3000sqft of office/ veg space.
Walls of 25x25 will be 14ft. Room is flower only.
50k is after walls are up and insulated.

The cheapest way would be to run 16-20x 1000w DE's over 4 rows of 5x5 trays.
With 14' ceilings, running 2 tiered with 315w CMH's or LED bars is another option to maximize efficiency. Will cost significantly more money and require way more clones but will reduce veg time and increase yield significantly.

Just one of my flowering room alone cost me 15k.
The lights and HVAC, controllers, co2 and food will eat up that 50k easily. The amount of lights you need already it's prolly in the 30s and your HVAC alone will be 15-20k, your lights 15-20k. You still need to budget for bills too. You be lucky if you can build out 2-3 rooms at most. That budget of 50k is very tight.

Not experienced with DE or CMH only LED.
Thinking either 20 Gavita 1700e or ChiLed X-6 600w. And after first harvest start the vertical grow.
Not concerned with it being the cheapest but rather most efficient.

You’d need 25 of the X6 1000w to cover that space. At $1600 a pop plus shipping you’d probably be near the $45k mark
then factor in another $20k at least for dehumidification and cooling.

You should get a quote from LUXX. You need like 5 quotes. All the same strip lighting designs. Plus Covington dominated Woodly last night. Not sure if that helps your decision.

Austin at ChilLed gave me a 9% offer on 20 X-6 1000w. What controller would you use for ChilLed? Trol? Would you use a titan 24 powerbox?

With the cost of AC, Dehu, fans, CO2, tables, environmental controls you may have less money left over for lights than you think.
Gavita 1000w DE’s would cost less than $10k and CMH would run around $15k and still grow amazing bud. I would consider going this route and then upgrading to LED as you go.

If it's 50k per room stick with the Gavita De 1kw. Up grade slowly to LEDs don't need to blow the budget on lights right away. I know a friend of mine get 4 per light on gavita LEDs but that's everything dialed in. If your gavita DEs are hung at 12 ft you can grow them in 10g pots. Basic programs won't get you the yield you want. I'll tell you that right now.

Our first setup cost more than I imagined. 30 grand in led lighting. A/c and electrical upgrades, paint and materials all added up. Glad we did it correct. Cant hardly get that stuff dried and it's gone.
