Grow room: Sealed vs ventilated

Hi folks

I've succeded with a 12x12 sealed room with 1200PPM.. Using CO2 tank, dehumifier and AC

Now i want another room and i was considering doing ventilated to save costs associated with dehumifier and CO2 equipment and electricity

I live in a dry area so my plan is to as follows:
  • Using AC to control temperature range
  • Using ventilation to control humidity range
  • Not using CO2 injection, since it does not make sense with ventilation
This leds to uncontrolled CO2, hoping that the ventilation for humidity control will renew the air sufficient enough to allow CO2 level stays at 400PPM during light on

These are the parameters where i live annually.

As you see, in peak summer, temperature is 31C and 37%RH, The AC will have to cool this + lights heat.
In peak winter, air is 0C and 70RH (this humidity is actually low because when it is heated it is decreased heavily) so AC might need to heat the air inside the room

I know the answer is to test it but do you think it makes sense? Do you have any experience with this? Do commercial indoor tend to use sealed or ventilated in dry areas?

Thanks in advance

So I just added two trolmaster dsp-1 timers to control the two exhaust fans and a third that will be controlling the trolmaster beta 8.
Fans go off before lights go on, The beta 8 goes on for 5 hours and then goes off, fans go back on. I have no idea how it will work.
