3x3 Tent 4 (5gal pots) plants ???

Can I get away with a successful grow of 4 plants (5gal) in a 3x3 tent???? Lighting is not a problem, only space. Can this work,???

3 gal would Definitely be better

I’m training Them and hopefully can keep them super low but I still don’t kNow if 4 (3gal) in a 3x3 tent would work. 2 are a couple weeks Older than the other two.I plan on flowering them AS soon as the younger 2are ready. Earliest I can I’ll probably switch them to keep some space

When I get my hands on a 3x3 I'm going with 1 20gal low profile pot to help with height restriction. Then I can push the breeders yield per Msq to the limit.

I have 3 plants in 5 gallon pots going in a 3x3 tent right now, and I can say that I will never attempt that again. I'm 3 weeks into flower and everybody is on top of each other and I cant even move the plants to get to the plant in the back of the tent to water. I have been watering through a pvc pipe for the last week and a half.

I've done 4x 5gal pots in a 2x3 so you can deff do it in a 3x3. Its more about having adequate light and ventilation than anything else. But you can 100% physically fit 4x 5gal buckets in your tent.

Edit: Also plant management. SCROG is a necessity, and 4weeks of veg max. Like others have said though, its genuinely pushing it, and absolutely unnecessary. @HydroKid239 has it right... i now use 1x 18gal sub irrigated pot in my 2x3 with amazing results so far

4 5 gallon in a 3x3 almost ideal in my experience. You set up for a monster yeild. Dedicate one corner for clip or oscillating fan, evenly space the 4 pots out and run them through a trellis for support. 4 3 gallon pots works well with the same method. Difference is you will get 12-16 ounces w 3 gallon versus 20+ ounces with the 5 gallon pots.
Assuming you have all the other crucial components lined out. Height is more of an issue with tent grows.

You should consider investing into some zip ties. With space being crucial, You’re gonna wanna LST That’s low stress training. By pulling leaves to the side and allowing the lower branches to be exposed to the light, you will effectively Increase your yield.

Oh I’m already LST since the get go and now doing some super cropping. I think the space will be good for all 4 because two of the plants are a couple weeks younger anyways. I’ll just train the hell out of the older ones and train the new babies to be topped and flat As can be.
