Jarred the Hawaiian Hashbud X Balkhi cross yesterday, got a half pound total off of her. Not bad for a plant that battled rot for a month. Not seeing any exponential explosion of rot on the monstah Tirah - the trichs are still mostly milky and resin is still being compounded, so unless things take a drastic turn for the worse I’ll keep hanging in there -

Nice, i jarred my last two last night, threw one out completely and half of the other. Buds just didn’t feel right trimming, used a desk lamp to see which had spores flying around. They looked fine but you can tell when they got mold from the feel of the scissors. Damn shame cuz they were sticky and needed cleaning every couple buds:roll:

I tossed a few buds that looked and felt skeevy too. The plant probably would have kicked out 11 or 12 oz total had she been rot-free, but considering that I whittled her for a month before I chopped her I can’t bitch all that much lol

Pretty much what PVOG said, some years are great outdoors and some are pretty rough. Not much a person can do when it rains a lot of the summer and you can barely see the sun for weeks on end. I ended up throwing almost an entire plant's worth of lovely flower in the fire box yesterday (Purple Punch x AfPak), could maybe have salvaged something but the flowers I checked were riddled with mold and I didn't feel like dealing with it anymore. Might've accidentally driven the neighbors indoors, ooh-wee that stuff reeked when burned (lit it without thinking).

Anyway, I try to be thankful for what I do get even when it hurts a bit to see all the work go to waste. Last year was a great year (hot and very dry), I was tossing flower in a bag for ice hash I was so bored of trimming flower.
Lol, YardG, true that. Like my father says, today's peacock is tomorrow's feather duster!

Lifes a mystery, we learn as we go. I've got a few hangin' on to the end, see what happens.
Check this out, I grew, um a few of these, what rang my bell was how they branch out at the tips. Now, I do bend a plant over, (not like that, perv), early, but as soon as it splits I let it kinda spring back. Heres the results...

Found this, definitely some good info. I'm thinking Bruce Banner us gonna be my friend next year. Gonna be a great year if I can conquer the humidity thing. Anyway, ✓ it out...
Grow that Sunny D from Dark Horse I sent you. Can’t find the description online anymore but I remember reading it is a 70 day strain with mold mildew resistance.
And the Putang x Spiced Jack was bred outdoors in MA by @buddinggardeners on instagram.

Is that 70 day flowering or 70 day seed to chop?
And that Jack cross, Herer? That's my jam.

70 days flower which I’m now realizing is a little on the longer side for outdoor here

Sunny D’s description:
Parentage: Orange Dot x Joe’s Lemonade
Flowering Time: 70 Days
Lineage: Hybrid
Description: Delicious sweet valencia orange meets powdered sugar lemonade in this lip smacking flavor delight! Tall big-yielding plants, with mouthwatering citrus flavors that jump out the jar and across the room

The Putang x Spiced Jack has some Jack Herrer in the lineage. I have this noted on my seed spreadsheet: Spiced Jack is (Black Jack x Gelato 33) x (Cement Shoes x Mendo Punch)
and I think Black Jack is Black Domina x Jack Herer
I grew the Putang x Spiced Jack as my first photoperiod indoors. Very grapefruity aroma and taste. Very strong grapefruit aroma and flavor. All 3 of the phenos I flowered turned purple early.

I think the autos I sent are all in the 70-90 days from sprout to harvest range.
