humidity is through the roof. 90% and above. Im in a bit of a tough spot right now. Too cold at night still for my venting system. I am opening the door when I can to mitigate it a bit. More pics later. not sure how much to trim off below the netting.

I used an inkbird it-308 for heating/cooling. My humidity was at 80-90ish also so i installed second timer for venting and had it kick on every hour for 3 min. You vent outside right? What is room temp with lights and without?

I have been using the exhuast for heating through the winter. It has worked well. This is the issue, I still need the heat to get her through the night. I gets to around 60 in the shed at night running the exhaust for heat during the day. it will get to cold if i run the exhaust outside. Outside is is 35 at night. 55-65 during the day. There is no independent heat in the shed. just the exhaust from the vented 1k sodium light

Small honeywell personal heater at night (150-250w) on a timer or inkbird. I grow in a unheated shed all winter in canada. Keeps temp at 70-77f (21-25c). You have remote hygrometer?

You run lights at night right? Best time during winter.

I actually run the lights during the day. The shed is well insulated and gets a low of around 60 at night. here are some pics from this weekend. I do have light stress or nute burn I will post pics this weekend. 20210314_150151.jpg20210314_150230.jpg20210314_150245.jpg

still working long hours. 12 hours a day away from the house. Haven't seen the plant in a week. Here are some new pics. Things seem to be going well. I don't really know what I am doing with the pruning. I will put a second screen on when the stretch stops. I am about 20" from the tallest stem to the light. 1000w hps. This is the hortilux super hps. We are around 3 weeks into flower on about a 120 day flower.

A little update. you can see in the pic what I believe to be a small amount of nute burn. I was at 1100ppm, I mixed up 15 gal of 1050ppm to add to the rez. we will see. Do I cut off all the small buds under the second net when I do it?

I would not worry about a little nute burn. Might reduce wpt of tailpipe..so it doesn't drink from bottom roo much. Next nute mix, try to go a 800ppm. My malawi burnt with 1200ppm..

Fluffy bud underneath.. remove.

I have to try the PPK next year. Its seems to simplify watering. Brings on other work, training the monsters. Your Malawi looks more aggressive than mine. Maybe the PPK.

The grow isnt over yet. Who knows whether it will finish and how healthy. At this time Other than the slight nute burn I am quite happy with the grow.
Zero maintenance other than trimming. I just add nutes to the trash can and wait. Here are current pics. the top down shows the plant in a 4x4 net area. She is one month plus 2 days since flip to flower. 110 days flower predicted.

Happy Sunday night all. I really waited too long to do the second layer of netting. The second layer was required because I didnt start pruning soon enough. not sure that Ill cut all below the second net as there is a lot. Here are some pics. I was a real bitch getting the netting string done in the corner.

Just have to keep them healthy and maturing. They look super. Is your plant woody and oily smell? Fruity?

Hey
Plants are kinda citrus. Complex pine plus exotic wood (maybe mahogany), peppery. Your plants look great and healthy. one pound is nice. I will definitely be aggressive early on with the scrog setup. I am now going through around 12 gal a week in nute mix. I think we are around 5wks in flower. I am looking at getting a nug smasher press. I have a couple of pics to add. I really like how you got you canopy so even. Here are a couple a pics. Are you using 24" netting squares?
