because Obama is president & ignoring federal law.....I do not believe trump will
Upon what do you base that belief? Trump has repeatedly said he supports medical marijuana. Showing a nearly 10 year old clip of Guliani saying he doesn't agree with it means nothing.

Do you know what Loretto Lynch's stance on medical marijuana is? She 100% disagrees with Obama. But since she works for him, she goes along with his wishes.

I agree. That is one of the main problems with legalizing anything, the government wants their share of the pie and taxes the heck out of everything to the point it almost doesn't feel worth it. Not to mention putting regulations in place. It seems more fun to rebel a little and smoke your stuff in your friend's basement knowing it is illegal. bongsmilie

Has anyone here used https://www.kandypens.com? What do you think of them?

How is this a head-butt post? Is pablo wrong, and if so, how?
go read Trumps views on medical and recreational marijuana. Then read up on Rudy Giuliani and Chris Christie views on medical and recreational marijuana. After the readings, ask yourself what would happen if he appointed either of the two to Attorney General.
Let me know your answer...after you actually do the reading.

wait & see who trump appoints attorney general.....
Yes so why foment hysteria in the meantime? We've lived with this dichotomy for years now what's another couple. If Trump chooses to disassemble what the states have he will have to do it within the DEA budgetary constraints.

As for your asset seizure giving them unlimited budget for this you've obviously not dealt with an agency who gets funds via this source. Just because the agency captures the assets does not make them immediately available to fund current investigations. Further the funds themselves are apportioned throughout the agency so it won't necessarily even make it into further confiscatory acts.

The apportionment of those funds happen much higher up the chain than the guys at the bottom who are doing the investigating and enforcement.

So are you saying my head is in the sand? Please how does running around yelling fire in a crowded theater help the general populace.

If this is truly your stance tell us what you think we should be doing to avert the disaster you see looming. This is the second time I've asked you this. Give us some constructive advice, instead of emotional one liners, please.
