All that matters as far as transplanting is how good of a root system they have, from the looks of it they could be transplanted whenever you want, pipe dream is right for the most part with what he said, but make sure you do it carefully, transplanting can take a big toll on the plants if done...

Snip the top if it doesn't get better. The plant is using a lot of energy to try to rebuild itself, taking off the worst parts will let it put that energy towards the more "essential" parts of the plant. But if you don't fix the problem it will die regardless :)

you cant have too much light...more light= :). 18-6 wont flower a plant unless it's autoflowering, which i highly doubt. Give nutes at 1 mo. old. I just planted outdoors 4 days ago, the past 3 days it was storming, the plants can handle a lot more damage than you think.

the only reason you would need to cut off some fan leaves would be so light can get to the smaller plants, or the internodes near the bottom.

thats not a lot of space. you'll probably want it more than 4 ft tall for flowering, my 2 month old indica is already about 3 ft tall, and still has about 2 months left. yield can vary a lot depending on strain. your putting a 400 watt hps in a 4 ft tall box?...... not gonna work...

hard to tell without pics, touch the bottom of one of the leaves with something like a needle or pen, look close, normally you can see mites if you look close enough and disturb them so they move around on the leaf mites are usually underneath the leaves, not on top. depending on the severity...

eh, im not a fan of mh, hps works for flowering, leds work for both flowering and vegging. idk just my opinion.

cfls are the cheapest way to grow, but if you don't get a large yield using them. if you go with the cfls, make sure you put some on the sides of the plant too, it helps a lot. keep the bulbs 2 inches away from the plant. fans are good to use, dont point it right at the plant though, angle...

thats a pretty basic question. cfls- (energy saving bulbs) are like 3 bucks each, frowned upon.... Floro tubes- like 30 bucks for the fixture 2.50 per tube, works good for sprouts. leds- a descent grow panel for just one plant is about 50 bucks. (id get the grow panel 145 for 150 bucks...

pretty much all landlords have keys. they have to give you 24 hrs notice, a lot of people ( like my landlord)will give 2-3 days notice. edux is right, landlords dont want tennants to move out right now.

cut off any leaves that aren't productive any more. doesn't really matter if fan leaves grow close to eachother, it should take care of itself, check the ph of the soil.

i ended up making hash oil with them, it wasn't too horrible. got me a little high.

Yeah females can flower before males, but it's more likely for males to flower first.
