Leaf discoloration?

So i have 18 2-4 week old plants I was going to plant outdoors. The leaves are different shades of green, splotches kind of. Some of the leaves also look wrinkled up ever since they sprouted, they are doing fine, but whats with the color, was is just the seeds? (bagseed)

I'm pretty experienced, i've done quite a few grows and have never had this problem. I havnt used any nutes on them yet, watered every 2 days/whenever dry.

The ghetto set up i have for the soon-to-be outdoor plants are 2 13 watt cfls, and 2 floro tubes.

anyone know why?

I would say give them a well balanced feeding of npk and they will green up.
