bleach water, about 1/4 cup to a gallon of water. Let it air dry and ventilate it well

    Air flow.

If this is where you plan on finishing the plant, I don't think you'll have to worry about it falling over due to weak stems. Your exhaust, whatever it may be, should be adequate.

    Please help!

You are on the right track. Keep fixing problems that are evident. Maybe back your light up a bit and make sure you have good air flow over your plants. From yesterdays pictures, the new growth looks fine. I don't think you are in dire trouble. Looking forward to seeing today's pictures.

    Advice on basics of CLONING?

I would keep the CFL's and T12's about 10-12" away from clones. They don't need much light until they throw roots. Keep the stress minimal at first.

    Advice on basics of CLONING?

I've found the powdered rooting hormone sold at Lowe's to be effective. Cut at an angle, scrape off a bit of the cambium layer with a razor, dip in water, dip in rooting hormone, then place in medium. I've used perlite, perlite & vermiculum, and rockwool. Keep them in a high humidity...

    SuperThrive luquid??

mixed with ferts, or just water. I've used it with seedlings, when transplanting plants to bigger pots to ease stress (back in the soil days), and currently whenever I transition between hydro nutrient mixes. I've even read posts from people who've used a drop on their seeds to promote...

Discolored spots turn gold, then get crunchy

Thanks for that great link, looking at the pics, and the P idea. I recently added a bit more juice to my soup, so we'll see what happens. http://4e.plantphys.net/article.php?ch=3&id=289 I just found this link, and I'm leaning a bit towards K deficiency. There were some white spots before...

Carbon filter Idea.. will it work?

Those sheets are "pre-filters" and will provide minimal odor control. I would rethink your strategy of cost cutting the one aspect of growing that keeps you safe from discovery.

Discolored spots turn gold, then get crunchy

I have never misted a plant...ever...:-| I too thought it was light bleaching from water, but maybe from transpiration where the leaves overlapped. I have since upgraded my oscillating fans to provide better air movement. The problem has continued, even on leaves where there is no overlapping...

Discolored spots turn gold, then get crunchy

Here's a problem that started almost a week ago and I can't accurately diagnose it with confidence. The plant that is suffering has two main colas that are both being affected. There is another plant in the DWC res that is not suffering any problems. There are 5 other plants, in 2 other res...
