Vero 10 or 18 Height limited

@350ma. you would be at 73 watts. A little low. How about 9 Vero 13 @ 350ma. and 3 Mean Well APC-35-350 drivers? 99 watts! Perfect. 1 or 2 plant SCROG. DWC may be too tall for your space.

"Best buy"?, In my opinion, a DIY, using Cree 3070 AB bin cobs (or Bridgelux Veros) followed by Area51 RW-150, Hans (Bonsaihero) and ApacheTech (with the discount code). "Best buy for my space" would be a better question.

Grow Northern (UK) new Holographic Series LED fixture!

"Two of our LED grow lights will be ideal for a 1.2m x 1.2m grow tent, they will produce very little heat and use just 150W." 9.67 watts per square foot... Good luck with that.

    Cree cxa3070 bin z2

Shoot for 30-33 watts per sq. ft. If you are set on a cob per foot, then check out the specs for the Vero 18. 31 watts @1.050 amps. This driver will run 6 of them; Mean Well HLG-185H-C1050A. If you want to drive them harder, then you can only drive 4 @1.4 amps with the Mean Well HLG series...

    I used math. 2.5 feet X 2.5 feet = 6.25 square feet. 4-75 watt or 2 150 watt Area51s = 300 watts. 300 watts / 6.25 feet = 48 watts per square foot.

2 Area51 RW150s would be a little cheaper than the 4, 75 watters. The more I think about it, the Area51s would almost be overkill. (48 watts per sq. ft.) The Advanced XT-E 300 may work better because you can dim it down if needed.

Tuneable...only with the switches. 1 for the reds, 1 for the whites, whereas the Advanced has dimmers for each channel (reds, whites and blues). The XM-L350 would be overkill for your space. 4 Area51 RW75s or the Advanced XT-E, mmm...? 4 smaller lights has the advantage of being able to be...

Watch for member named TaNg. I'm pretty sure he is the main tester for GN and DP. That site is weird, I got banned for recommending a HANS panel.

Their customer service is the best of ANY company I have EVER dealt with! Have you seen this? The new XM-L 650.

That's a badass lamp for sure, very "tuneable". I own a few of the older ones. This would be even more badass, get 4 of these; http://www.a51led.net/product/rw75

The HANS are much more efficient at turning electricity into light as opposed to heat. The MARS, not so much. DIY would do better than the HANS. If you want to go the COB route, why not 4,5 or 6 Bridgelux Vero 18 ( a lot less money than the CREE) Dimming driver...

    Arctic Alpine 11 plus discrepancy.

I would think the .24A is a maximum. Usually at start up. It would happen so fast you probably couldn't even see it on your meter.

Some autos get big. 4 autos in a 60x60cm (2 ft x 2 ft.) might be too much as well. 2 HANS 65 watters , 2 HANS 80 watters, 1 HANS 150 or 1 Area51 RW150 would be plenty in that size tent. If you are limited in height, go with the HANS. http://www.bonsaihero.com/
