I believe it depends on the plant. A plant with really solid genetics, or an old timer strain is gonna be able to be cloned time and time again. Not once but twice I've heard from friends that their newer hybrids just straight died on about the sixth or seventh cycle.

I use air cooled hoods and the second half of my garage as a room to cool the air I circulate into them. I'd avoid the cuts too, personally. good luck man!

For a room that size, I'd get a 6" a ventalation from home depot for 30$. warrantied, cheap, and pushes air. That's just me though
