I have a 400w mh with a white spectrum. Could that affect the growth of my plants? Because they grow so very slow. Should the mh have a blue light spectrum?

Since my grow is almost compromised i want to get lowrider. My question is: can i grow it with 12/12 light from seed to plant and if so should i use a 400w MH or a 250w HPS?

My leafes have some brown spots on them, and i cant find a god damn thing on drugs-forum that maches. They look like they are drying in those spots where the brown spots are ... what could it be? Could it be light stress i kept the light on 24/24 for 1 moth and 2 weeks ... please reply quicklly...

Here`s the deal. I`m using an MH light of 400W / 12h / day and the temp is around 26 degrees Celcius and in the other 12h i use 70W light from 2 neos and the temp is at about 20 degrees Celcius. It`s not just me beeing paranoid :joint: but i`m wondering if the plants could interpret this as...
