G13 haze is a lovely strain, very strong high from it, lovely haze taste. Also check out the G-13 widow strain, there's a site that sells it think it may be Dr.Chronic.

There you go it is possible, but I'd recommend just buying a HPS you'll get back what you put in, I didn my first grow veg stage on Floresent lighting, they didn't do to well when the HPS went in they perked right up.

The plant may flower but you will have a very low yield as plants in flowering need heat, heat = higher yield.
