Can I Flower With Full Spectrum Fluorescent Lights If I Have The Right Amount Of Lumens and heat in the room ?

Is it possible to flower using fluorescent? and how many lumens do you need per plant?

The plant may flower but you will have a very low yield as plants in flowering need heat, heat = higher yield.

yes its possible.
ive flowered with 4 2500lumen CFL's on one plant and had very good results for a first grow.

Its currently drying.

There you go it is possible, but I'd recommend just buying a HPS you'll get back what you put in, I didn my first grow veg stage on Floresent lighting, they didn't do to well when the HPS went in they perked right up.

Can any one help me? i have a floresent fixture for 2 40 watt floresent tubes. each tube puts out about 3000 lumens. all together its around 6000 lumens im putin out.Is that enough to flower? I started my plants out side. there a few weeks old. there startin to show there pre flowers, but there still only like 5 inches tall. i think im useing bad coil. can i still flower them? when can i start to flower them under the floresents? about how much will i harvist of of 1 plant?
im a nebie as u can tell. i hope u can answer my questions.
