you need to get better bulbs i dont think thoose cfls work well you need to swith to high pressure sodium,..or metal halide...keep the 12/12 with no light on the off cycles and i bet theyll start showing thier sexxx immediately!!!

i agree, normally when you see that its caused by a nutrient diffenciey one thing andrew didnt add was along with magnesium and sulpher , phosper diffenciey can also cause that i would check my ppm level and try addind fresh water beacause from the picture it dosent really look like the light...
