what would u buy w extra Xmas money?

I doubt it. The blue end of the spectrum is all you need for veg unless you want more stretch. I'd be more likely to try something like this (purchased for outside my house):Kobi Electric K6L9 15-watt (70-Watt) PAR38 LED 5000K Less than $30 delivered from Amazon.

    self watering probes...do they work?

There are two distinct types of Blumats. The "Jr" siphon model and the gravity Tropf (drip) model. The gravity type can work off of a tap water supply with a pressure reducer. You would need a Dosatron or something to inject nutes if you had an inert medium instead of soil.

Thc can be absorbed in bong water

The more important point to me is the water is not really filtering out tar. This is an article revised sixteen years ago but I don't know of a contradictory study. The article says more THC is lost in the water than tar, proportionally. I can take a big bong hit but a small brass pipe hit...

Got Hppd what do I do?

Well you did post on RIU . . . but seriously, stay strong Bub! I had aural hallucinations for quite a long period of time but they went away years ago. They were caused by a combination of factors in my life (but no psychedelics except for cannabis).

UV Water Filter in a Nutrient Reservoir = Chelating?

Yeah, I was not looking forward to more complexity. There are some small submersible units but they often leak according to reviews. I expect a quality chiller will be enough. I can get this thing locally, should be plenty good for my 20 gallon res: https://www.tecous.com/chillers/tk-150/

UV Water Filter in a Nutrient Reservoir = Chelating?

I had a Blumat system that I gave up on because I couldn't get rid of an aqueous white mold (in chemical nute solution). It became resistant to chlorine and last summer was hot so I went to hempies but watering turned into a real job. So I'd really like my Blumats back. I think I'm giving...

    need help with cannabutter asap

A quarter pound of cannabutter (One pound of butter was infused with 2.25 onces of Shackzilla bud for three hours at low boil): That is twice the recommended dose but my tolerance is way high.

    need help with cannabutter asap

My freezer has a round sheet of (unsalted) canna butter and a disk of canna coconut oil that I made side-by-side in Westbend slow cookers the other day. Tonight I'll bake some peanut butter cookies. So anyway, I didn't clarify and the canna butter disk has a thin white layer on the bottom...

regulating my DIY water chiller fro dehumidifier

The copper and galvanized steel will certainly react with a nutrient solution compared to titanium or stainless. How much (if any) harm would be evident on the plants I don't know. Edit: talk of copper poisoning...

    Hailea chiller

I would think so. But are the seals leaking? I'm thinking of taking up refrigeration as a hobby, haven't studied it. Is the circulation pump strong enough, accounting for head? The efficiency of chillers suffers when they are not being fed enough water. (I had assumed it was the other way...

Ayahuasca Retreats in the United States?

The San Pedro was grown over many years by my friend but I'd have to say it was a disappointment. He processed it and made the combo tea. I forget how much Ayahuasca he added but it was an adjunct to the mescaline (now that I think about it). The same friend did the 10x extract but I wasn't...

Venting to attic, two 8" fans, advice please.

Sounds good. I use insulated duct in the attic to prevent condensation during cold weather. At the other place, putting a big box fan between the attic and an attached garage was enough to stop the rot.

Venting to attic, two 8" fans, advice please.

If you live in Seattle, venting into the attic and leaving it there is a real bad idea. I almost rotted my roof, years ago. You can push air through a carbon filter but I've heard fans work better pulling against the restriction. You also lose the prefilter unless you add them at the other...

Ayahuasca Retreats in the United States?

I wasn't impressed recreationally with Ayahuasca + San Pedro tea, the one time I tried it. Seemed like the lower quality acid where you're pretty much waiting for the trip to end. A steady buzz but I had a tummy ache. The San Pedro was grown for years under 1000W MH so I dunno . . . Edit: a...
