If you hold your hand right at canopy height under the light, and your hand get hot almost burned...

Ok then my next question is what is the humidity level ? It should be right around 55% ..... high humidity is the perfect environment for bacteria and stuff so if all else is good I would check the humidity level.

Light has penetrated somehow need black buckets or totes as well as the air lines they should not be the clear ones.... light penetrates through clear tube heating up water same for clear or white buckets/totes.
