Looking for a guide to flood tables

1000w lights 16" doesn't seem high to me, in fact I would prefer if they where more like 24" away. Some of the tops got burned alread, you can see that in this pic (canoing/ light bleaching)

    Slow growth or impatience?

I wouldn't expect anything until the plant is at least 6-8" tall. Patients for sure once it has a root system established you will be well on your way.

    1 plant 600w 1lb big white

Nice man, 1 lb is definitely not out of the realm of possibilities for a 600w. Keep up the good work and keep up the posts I will be watching. What line are you using and have you trimmed at all?

Azamax soil drench as preventative help??

I used half recommended strength when I had spider mites and I can say it didn't work well as a spray I actually used it for my clones as a soak, I essentially made a batch and once clones where rooted in rapid rooter ready for transplant I would dunk the whole plant it solution and transplant...

Looking for a guide to flood tables

I buy local but I'm sure it's online somewhere here is a pic of the bag for reference. Also like I said fabric smart pots with regular fine perlite works great to, I cut my flood heights down to about 1/3 to 1/2 up the pots and it worked great for years for me.

Looking for a guide to flood tables

Thanks, I run my pumps 5x for 30 min in a 12 hour cycle and once in lights off for 30min. I used smart pots in flood trays with regular fine perlite for a while and it worked great too. Once you harvest toss it out and wash the pot then ready for another it's so easy.

It is chunky perlite, no rocks very light, cost effective and disposable which is why I love it.

Looking for a guide to flood tables

I'm running two 4x8 trays that where hand built and am running it top feed with X4 1000w lights. I used flood and drain for ever and it is one of my favorites by far but top feed allows more aeration to the root zone imo. Here are a few pics of the two trays I'm running pics suck and the room...

    New to hydro

Rockwood is a pain in flood and drain so take it from me, your plants are over watered for sure ether switch to pots with hydroton or lower your flood level to where it only touches the bottom maybe 1/4" of the cubes and don't flood a whole lot. Rockwool is highly subject to over watering due to...

    issue noticed during flowering

Looks like heat stress to me, whats your room temps like? What kind of light and distance? Do you have anyway of measuring canopy temps? These are all crucial. Do you have intake exhaust fans?

    Week one dwc Turning YELLOW

Take a cup and keep hand feeding the plant with nute soulution from res until you have a much larger root structure than one or two roots dangling in the water. Once roots can actually drink from res all will be well im sure.

Should I flush or not ??

Hmmm are you encinuating that growing is rocket science? Seems to me you have a real lack of experience with hydro, you my friend need to work smarter not harder. If you are asking "where the heck do you put the plants during cleaning" then you have a poorly designed system, the op is growing in...

Troubles with my Flo-n-Gro system, brown roots and slow growth

I have found all of these systems have there flaws and I have found easy ways around them, for one if having issues when roots get into lower sites just get a big pump with shallow stones in every site, control bucket and res. this is what I did and things haven't been going smoother with this...

    Perlite Solo Cup Transplant

if its well rooted into the cup it should pop out in a brick, save yourself the trouble and just start out with the container you want in the end, i have popped freshly rooted clones into 5gal hempy buckets and they rooted in fast, i never saw a reason to transplant with perlite or soiless of...
