I also have 3w diodes and if i put mine that close my plants discolour. But i mean if your plants arent burning then i guess its cool. Mine however started to turn white and off coloured.

Those LEDS look awfully close to the plant. are those 3w diodes? if they are then maybe move the lights to 18" and only as close as 12" in flower.
