Hey dudes,

My first Purple Plant here,
Didnt do anything to make it purple. Temps have been between 70 - 80 the whole grow
been feeding like normal and shes been purple from day 1

what do you think? almost ready to harvest?

Lots of foxtails there, so it's kinda hard to say. When you get foxtailing like that it just keeps growing new pistils. Try to get a close look at the trich's with a jeweler's lope or a really thick magnifying glass. I used to be really into photography so I have a sony a230 dslr camera that takes good macro shots.

How long she been flowering for?
 
I have no idea how long anymore. I stopped counting with my Autos and i just look at the Trichs and fatness
 
I'd give it another week or 2, and raise your light up. Foxtails are usually caused by heat/light stress. There's nothing you can do about the ones that are already there, but they should atleast stop stretching and start beefing up.
 
Hey man i realized about 5 days ago that my lights where way too close. i raised them up so that they are almost 18" from the tops.
Im running 180w(Input wattage) blurple.
1x 120w Red & 1 x 60w Blue
Being blurple 3w diodes i thought it was not that strong so i moved them down nice and close. obviously i see that was a mistake.
 
Nice! All I can say! I love purple flowering plants! Everyone...well not everyone but a lot of people say weather and other environmental factors develop purple. I say it is strain and pheno!

It's a little of both, some are just easier to purple than others.
 
Hey guys - i did Nothing to make it purple.
i just grew it like i grow any other plant. did my best to make it as happy as possible
it just made purple flowers from day 1 all on its own.
temps have been between 70 - 85 the whole grow.

They look great. I sure wish I had a bowl of it right not. I ran out of my sour d a while ago and I've been smoking some shitty bone dry bud from my local weed dealer. I really hate paying for weed, especially when I know I can grow better for cheaper.
