Yeah I think the cheap leds are worth it. There are a decent amount of configurations of leds even at the under $50 range. The link below is the one i'd get if i was to get another one. They offer a good value of lumens per $ for led and don't use much power and for my small space with no real air exhaust I think they work well. (but the advertised specs are always bs)

Many sellers on ebay offer a 2 year warranty and will send you parts if something blows which is cool.

I bought a tent that's the same size on Amazon for $39... I have 5-23w,2-42w, and 1-32w in my tent,with 3 auto skunk and 1 NLxBig bud auto.

That's cool, you got a pic? What light skedg do you use?

Amazon has good deals on big wattage cfl's, i may grab two 105w 6500k bulbs for my tent, that plus two 60w 3200k cfl's should be good do you think? I also don't want to have to deal with much heat but the cfl's seem pretty chill.

Shiiiit,it gets hot in there, trust me!!! I have my heat at around 79-84... I have 5-23w,2-42w and 1-32w on my tent, and I'm thinking about getting 2 more 42s and have 4 big ones and 4 23s... I don't really like the one 32in there,it seems unbalanced to me. if you get two 60w lights you won't need much more,get one 6500k and one 2700k and you will have a full spectrum...
 
Those LEDS look awfully close to the plant. are those 3w diodes? if they are then maybe move the lights to 18" and only as close as 12" in flower.
 
I also have 3w diodes and if i put mine that close my plants discolour.
But i mean if your plants arent burning then i guess its cool. Mine however started to turn white and off coloured.

Thanks i'll get the 6500 and 2700 cfls. For my next grow should i keep the 3 auto seeds I have in my veg tent or put them in my flower closet? I assume they should stay in the small veg tent if they don't get too big.

Only a couple of times. And very gently. Even a tiny bit of fresh dirt seems to do the trick. Also be sure your using a light fluffy soil. My mix is peat and coir heavy.
 
Sorry for late reply. I have a custom built 120w input (Red)
Its super bright. Blindingly. i never open my tent with it on.
I once got it too close and my top colas where bleached white.
Too close was like 10"
i generally keep it between 12 - 24 inches now

but sometimes my plants get fucking massive and there is no room to move the lights up any further... so then i kind of move the lights to the side and hang them at an angle so that they dont burn the plants

How are these looking? How much longer should I let the two widows go?
The nepal is very slowly starting to bud maybe? Anyone think it'll be done in another month?

1 week, maybe 2 on the widows, and maybe 8 weeks on the nepal. Id say more than a month for sure unfortunatly its not even close. On the widows id give it 1 more shot of high pk nutrients before the last 2 waterings being straight water with maybe some carb source like a molasses for a resin booster if you feel like it.

High wattage cfls are basically heaters.. having more lower watt bulbs usually works better. Check out the led globes if you can. You definitely wont say a 105w cfl is chill

I agree... I'm running four fans in my shit right now and my temp is 80-85... But maybe that's because I have my plants so close to the lights... I want to put my plants on the floor of the tent but the intensity of the lights won't be the same...Arrrrrggghhhh!!!! @perville did you do your whole grow in the small tent? Fuck it... I'm putting them on the floor and let it do what it will... I hope it doesn't hurt my autos,but i don't want to burn them either...
