Those soil testers you get at ace hardware are not at all accurate. If your ph going in is good, and your run off is good, what's the worry? Ditch that cheap meter, and forget about it. Just ph everything going in, and you will be fine.

Well your not actually growing in soil. Hence the "soil less" mix. I use Sunshine mix #4. Which is nothing but peat moss, lime, and perlite. I am not sure if the pro mix has nutes added or not. I know some do have nutes in them. Since it is a soil less mix it will act differently than...
