I use rapid start by gh in early veg, and it really works for more vigorous growth.

Believe it or not, that is overkill for a cloner. That's good enough to veg a 4'x4' area, with a good reflector... I use a 55 watt cfl for a 21 site cloner.

Don't encase your plants in ice. Follow the clear plastic/stakes route.

Keep it simple. I use basic pots. DO NOT SAVE THE WATER THAT COMES OUT!

You'll have to wait until they want it. Let them dry up, but not wilt. Water then, letting water run out. Get rid of the waste water.

To combat stretch in veg, I move the light CLOSER, and it works. They reach out for the light, why make it further away?

Don't give them any food, wait until they recover from the standing water. You'll know when they do.

This was already covered in your last thread, wasn't it? Are you still letting them sit in water? It's been a few days. You need to have patience.
