You're growing in soil, the ph should be fine. Just drain to waste, and do light feedings when it's hungry. Don't over diagnose, once it isn't sitting in water for a few weeks it should be normal.

Get a tray for each plant. When water runs out, dump it.

Why? That water looks bad. Are you trying to feed from the bottom? You're supposed to dump the water that drains out. It is no good, and that leaf is telling you.

I feed til the day I chop and they turn colors when ripe. When using bottled nutes it would be costly I guess, if that's your logic, but with dry nutrients it is not bad.

Maybe... What conditions were they kept in? Seeds kept in cold storage can last a very long time.

No problem. We all go through similar stuff. That sounds safe. Do 1/4 doses when ready, and adjust as needed. If I see tips starting to burn, I back off the dose a little.
