Go with a good photoperiod strain, not an auto. Look up where the best strains come from, and see how much daylight is there. Most I've found have similar light times as you say you have. Not the same, but close. A little research goes a long way.

Lol, nope. Mature plants finish when they're supposed to. Flowering starts at 12/12 indoors. Ask a breeder, there are plenty here. Hell, Subcool even said it starts at 12/12.

Only water when the plants want it, not on your schedule.
