Depending on where you live, it sounds like you put the plants outside too early. In northern California, most people put clones/starts outside in May or even as late as June 1st. I trim using gloves and I notice I have far less resin on the gloves than I would have on my fingers when I didn't wear gloves. That tells me that you should lose less trichs when you wear gloves, probably due to the oil on your fingers that will help 'dissolve' trichs.
