I hadn't thought about dimming the 660 but now that you mention it, it would probably be a good idea to have that driver dimmable. The other drivers will be maxed out with the 3 veros each? Might try and scrounge some philips reds from the guys in the building opposite.

Would be good for vero 10s but I will need to run 1amp. I bought some 100w ppen frame drivers from China which were working well for 17$ each. I was think of using 1 to power 3 leds. Depending how well they are matched it could work well.

I will get a 1x1x2m tent. 4 plants fit nicely in that space. I have this stuff but it is 1000km from this grow site buying a new tent is cheaper than spending money on gas.

Your eBay leds will cost as much to run as your hps. Heat wise 600 watts input to cheaper leds will also provide about the same amount of heat as well. If upgrading an hps you need to go to quality panels to out perform. Ventilation is very important, no question, get an inline fan

I've just quickly read this thread from the start again but I see no mention what strains your actually growing? Short bushy plants would more likely be indica dominant I believe. Mostly hybrids are grown in any event.

300 watts is a lot of light for veg. What size space? I would probably get a single 150. Cables are a pita so fewer is better

Get an indoor outdoor thermometer, outdoors are at the end of a long wire usually. Keep your fan as close to the carbon scrubber as possible for best performance. It should be sucking air through the filter then out the tent.
