My tent was 80" tall. Ive never used nets before but i used lst and tied down taller branches to maintain height. When i put them into flower i tied down then. They ranged from 24 to 30". They ended up being 36 to 48". Lst worked well.

Yep. But to be sure in yours many mh bulbs are egg/oval shaped while most hps is long and slim.

Yep scared me when i first went to hud lighting. Mh bulb puts out white light while hps puts out yellow light. Different spectrums i guess but it works. Lol.

Even worse my last grow i split an entire 2 foot long branch off. Wasnt able to tie it back. I let it heal in veg for another 2 1/2 weeks and it was just fine. Yielded well, bomb smoke (critical kush) and best of all no hermie. Itll definitely recover. Just baby it for a while.

The light you mentioned is not going to nearly be enough for even one plant. Let alone 3 plants. Using 3 of those lights youd be lucky to get an ounce of usable bud. Invest in something thats gonna be worth your time and effort. Hate to be the bearer of bad news.

Hps over t5 any day of the week. Do you have the 54 watt bulbs in the t5? Thats 216 watts total. I can guarantee you that your 150 watt hps will still give you 50 percent more yield than your t5 with less watts.

Theyre definitely not stunted or even behind schedule. They actually look great. Understand that Odbud says he grows hydro. Hydro has a much faster growth rate. Maybe this is his reason for the comment. But even when i grew dwc my ladies were about that size after two weeks.

Id go with 9 ladies in 5 gallon root pots. You can veg for 30 days and fill up your tent. I veg in a 5 by 5 and its actually a lot of space. Its almost double the space of a 4x4. Any unused space in your tent is a potential loss of yield.

As everyone else mentioned i see no amber trichs. Plus usually when i harvest about 80 percent of my pistils have gone from white to amber/brown. Good luck.

Oh and btw you definitely can tell seeds apart. Just chew one up. Blue strains will taste like blueberry, og kush will taste like gasoline. JK. I had to do that.

My first tent was a secret jardin and tbh i like the two apollos better than that. Especially for the price. Only difference i see is the apollos have plastic connectors while the apollos have metal. Imho the apollos are the best bang for your buck.

Hey Blizurp i hate to be the bearer of bad news but 160 watts of cfl( equivalent watts are useless) is not going to be near enough for 8 plants. It may be good for one, two at best. Furthermore unless your growing autos, going 12/12 from seed or doing some serious lst and tying down your going...

Ive never used nothing but tap water. And I've grown hydroponically, synthetic and now organic. Never had one single problem with either method. With organic super soil i use straight tap and dont even own a ph pen or nothing.

Yes definitely check and recalibrate your pen. Seems impossible your tap would produce 4.0 ph water. Take the cheap route. Go out and get the test strips or bottle tester and compare it to that.

You would have no problem with drainage using 50/50. If fact this may be too much drainage. Most people i know, including myself, use anywhere from 20 to 35 percent perlite. I usually start seedlings in ffof with around 33 percent and have never burned seedlings. But have heard others say...
