I love your soil mix. It looks like a lot of locally sourced inputs! Myke is pretty much spot-on. More soil, or top-dress every couple of weeks. You will find that 15 gallons or more (~60 liters) is a common minimum suggestion for organic grow pot size.

If this is in organic proper soil, like in an old pile with forms of regolith, it's more likely you have an excess of P or Ca locking iron/zinc out. But if you actually have low levels of micros, I would use frass and/or EWC. I'm sure there are other sources. Hard to say without more...

It does look like more than just Mg on the first pics (I see P, K, Mg). My gut says Ca is doing a lockout, but you talk about it NOT being that. Not sure what to say. Might be why you're getting weird responses.
