    This year's grow

I know the Fahrenheit system quite well, as i grew up with it. I use and convert to Fahrenheit in the Summer a lot of times, as i know the reference of 72-75 being perfect, non-desert temperatures ;), and then in the Winter i switch to the local Celsius system, as freezing is at 0C, which is...

Flower fuel ? Bud candy ? Terpinator?

For some reason I firmly believe that adding specific nutrients, hormones, amino acids, glycogens, or what-have-you, during the bloom phase will enhance the quality and size of the buds, just like i firmly believe that all the protein powder I've been taking will one day turn me into an Arnold...

How does one post something other than a Like? I've seen others do it, but whenever i press the Like button, all it does is Like people. I don't necessarily always want to like people.

Flower fuel ? Bud candy ? Terpinator?

Sulphates, eh? <thinking emoji> Yeah, I'm also a big fan of fish hydrolusates and bat guano (it has a nice organic balance of 6,6,6) PS. we need some better emojis.

Flower fuel ? Bud candy ? Terpinator?

Correct! Someone needs to do some side-by-side comparisons, and then post da pics. That's the only way we'll all know for sure.

Flower fuel ? Bud candy ? Terpinator?

I've been buying powdered nutrients for many years from Alpha Chemicals and other suppliers (N, K, P, Sulpher, urea, ammonia, etc.) and mixing up my own batches with molasses, leftover beer from parties, etc. on my hostas, roses and other garden plants, but then again i have 40+ years of...

    Help reading trichromes

If i may recommend a superior method, get a 20x or 30X jewelers loupe. You will see the calyx right on the plant without damaging any trich's, with the 30x power giving you a very wide field of view, thereby allowing you to do a reasonable count/assessment.

    Help reading trichromes

That's a hell of a good point, thundercat. By the time you cut the leaf or calyx and get it under the microscope, lots of those extremely delicate trichomes will have been damaged/popped. So if you're trying to achieve that perfect 73.68% average (see my previous post ;)), you've just skewed...

    Help reading trichromes

Can't remember. I find a lot of bugs in the food that i scope. It's real sickening some times. I used to eat dried alderberries all the time (they look like a dried up blackberry, but reddish-white). Man, were they ever good, and supposed to be one of dem super foods. Decided to scope it one...

    Help reading trichromes

I'm targeting to reach 73.68% amber trichomes per 1,000 square nanometers under my scope, averaged across a random sampling of 7.3 calyx's off the tertiary stem. : p    I agree with budzbuddha. <thumbs up> Scoping is really Kool, but i would rely on all the other established...

So...... you really did nothing i said

ASSWIPE! F'n brutal, man. How do you F it up that bad??? Did they even water them once? Sorry, man, for your loss. I would lock that person up in a sound-proof room and not give them a drink for several days and see how they like it - while i think about whether or not they ever deserve to...

 That's quite the temp range. Isn't 25F supposed to be well below freezing in your outmoded F temp system?

    This year's grow

It's the night time Temps im worried about. It drops down to 53F, with the day time still averaging around a nice 75F. Im gonna try and push it, then, and put a thick layer of mulch down to protect the root system, as the ol' girl looks very healthy still, and doesn't seem to be effected yet...
