I can turn it down a bit, but I'm not seeing any signs of light stress right now. I may turn it around 30-35k lumens.

Yeah I'm running a 240w kingbrite. I think I'm in a good place right now with using lumens instead of just height and or intensity. It's my second run so I'm keeping meticulous notes this time.

I've used vinegar as well but I've noticed the effect is kind of temporary. Like I'm constantly battling the PH rising if I use vinegar. If I add vinegar to water and leave the water for a day or so, the PH is back to where it was. PH Down lasts much better.

Hey, Wondering about light height vs light intensity to get the proper amount of lumens to the canopy. During veg I've read you want between 25-50k lux. So my question is, does it matter if you achieve that through light height from the canopy or you get it from intensity. I ask because I...
