Grow journal - Outdoors 2024 - Frisian Dew, Frisian Duck, Sweet Tooth Auto, Early Skunk

I have been looking into a small hoop house actually. Might do that next year. I'm just worried about how much sunlight they potentially block. Maybe if they only block like 10% it doesn't matter. I believe all the strains are mold-resistant. I bought them from a seed bank here in the Nordics...

    Begginer trying to grow outdoor

You have some small white marks on your leaves from some kind of bug. Not enough to be super worried, but might be worth spraying with something once a week to keep on top of it. Check under your leaves just to be sure there's no mites or aphids or something hiding. Could also be thrip damage...

    Begginer trying to grow outdoor

Yes sir, those small things in the middle are new growth. Not a sign of flowering yet. The plant looks good!

    Begginer trying to grow outdoor

I have a hard time seeing what you mean, from the photo. I think you might just be talking about new growth. New leaves, before they pop out and take form fully, look a bit odd. Here's what flowering would look like, you'd start seeing calyxes with pistil, at nodes. Those will be bud sites (As...

Sweet Tooth Auto - Various marks on leaves

Outside and It's extremely windy here. I would be surprised if it's too hot, I live in a cold climate. But the wind surely could play a role. I hope you're both right that it's wind damage, rather than bugs. But I'm just following the biobizz schedule at half dosage. Top max is just a...

Sweet Tooth Auto - Various marks on leaves

What kind do you think? It doesn't look like caterpillar damage. Not spider mites. Not slugs. Some leaves show signs of thrip damage, but that's minor compared to the dying edges and dying spots. It's frustrating :wall:

Sweet Tooth Auto - Various marks on leaves

I'm sorry for asking a lot and often. I just want to be sure this plant makes it to the end of flowering, but it seems like there's something wrong. I took a lot of photos, hoping someone could clue me in. At first, I thought of deficiency, but I feel like I got the nutrients down at this point...

Preventing budrot? What fungicides are safe to use in flower?

Gotcha, the strains I'm growing are mold resistant and meant for climates like mine, but I'm still worried for flowering! I do have a fan in the garage, so I hope it will do. But humidity will be high, as you say. Might have to get a dehumidifier in there just in case. Will likely need it for...

Preventing budrot? What fungicides are safe to use in flower?

Hmm I don't think so. The closest I can find is https://lymeherbs.eu/extracts-15-200-ml/785-japanese-knotweed-extract-200ml-5907775710231.html But that's a different knotweed than what Regalia is based on, it seems.

I feared that was the case. Thanks!

Preventing budrot? What fungicides are safe to use in flower?

Just trying to get an idea what I can spray with, if anything. I know to keep the plants out of the rain and make sure there's airflow etc. I live in a very windy area so I hope the airflow part is covered. I put the plants in the garage when it rains. But I would still like a fungicide, if...

    Spiderweb on top cola

I would be surprised if my plants were too hot. I think maybe it's a genetic thing or perhaps a nutrient thing because my climate is pretty cold!

    Week 4

So if I used all mix, I would follow their instruction for light mix. And if I used a light mix, I would use ½ of the light mix dosages. Basically? I'll try to find more info about this. You can't be the only person saying this ^^ So would be nice if there were some concrete guide out there.

    Week 4

So, is half of what they say on the "All Mix" a good start? What about the grow/fish mix? 1ml per litre ok?

    Week 4

I use fish, bloom and top max. I'm aware not to use both grow + fish. What kind of dosages do you use? If you believe they're too high on the chart? I think 1ml per liter seems pretty fair, is it the 4ml per litre late in flower you disagree with?

    Week 4

Bio bloom is what you want to use as soon as flowering starts. Bio-Heaven is just a supplement. The most important nutrients are Bio-Grow/Fish-mix(For veg) and Bio-Bloom for flowering, everything else is just supplements, and stimulants. Your plants look fine right now, surprising since you're...
