You can use the dr earth. Put it in as top soil. Mix it in good. Just don’t use a lot. Water throughout. You also might want to look in to adding cal - mag to your water feeding.

No usually dont get any run off. I water every 3-4 days but I am thinking today is nute day anyways. (When I use nutes: that’s when I get some run off. ) then I just use water when dry. I typically only give them nutrition once a week; I don’t think it will hurt it if I mix a batch today.
