Need help identifying grow issue

Hello,

I have a 4 week old auto flower northern lights that is growing in fox farms ocean forest and perlite with no added nutrients. I noticed these yellowsplotxhes at week 2. They cleared up and now I’m noticing it might be coming back. Any idea what’s causing it? I’ve attached some pictures

Its not leaf spot what you been spraying?
