I'm going with overwatered and too much cal mag. Overwatered the stems will still be upright but the leaves will wilt. Underwatered the stem will droop too. His stems are not drooping too bad

just to beat on the issue of people saying things are always rootbound, this still had long way to go before being rootbound. This is also an example I would use to show what happens when you don't give something enough light.

nowhere near rootbound, months away from that. probably 1/100 ppl thinking they are rootbound are actually rootbound and don't have some other problem
