    lighting question

That's a 200W light. Quit taking ad copy for real numbers. They even tell you it consumes 200w...you can't consume 200w and produce 2000w worth of lighting. By this style of counting I'm using 6750w in my 3'x5' tent.

What Is Wrong With My Plant

Being a 'weed' doesn't mean it'll just grow for you if you don't give it what it needs. Note that most of us here are using very specific high intensity lighting that is pretty much designed to put out a specific spectrum for specific plants. 'a few grow bulbs' doesn't give anyone confidence...

    Rust spots

Mites are tough in flower. Be careful of what you're spaying with because that'll stay on the flower-mass and most sprays you won't want to ingest.

    Rust spots

To me it looks like the spots you're seeing aren't calcium deficiency but just where the mites, etc. have eaten the leaves and they're tiny dead spots.

    Rust spots

Bugs and re-vegging. Also, lay off the MaxiGro, you're feeding too much nitrogen. By flower (even by mid veg) the Maxigro isn't needed and should have been tapered off.

Why does my weed that i have taste like chlorine and chemicals pls help!

Australia & weird tasting cannabis you say?

    Please Explain?

Clones ARE exact replicas of the mother. Unless characteristics are driven by the grow environment they're genetically identical to the parent plant.

Water tap testing: where to start?

Do a bit of research into your town/municipality's water. I believe they by law have to provide details, and many have that info posted online. I have well water thats about 100PPM higher than what you have. I didn't have a problem dealing with pH adjustment by pH Up/Down, but did have a...

Start to finish how much nitrogen does a marijuana plant need.

Frequency, duration, environmental conditions, and many more aspects. No real way to plot this unless you've worked out all the variations of how you're growing in your instance. Different soils take different amounts of feed/water per instance and different feed/watering frequency & schedules...

    Mysterious necrotic spots

Until the leaves yellow and get ready to drop, I don't snip them. If the plants are taking nutrients from leaves 'green but some burn' means they can still pull nutrition from them, which gives you a bit of a buffer from them starving if it's not going well. May look ugly, but as long as the...

    Is it worth getting?

I have a similar Govee one, but it's WiFi, so good wherever you have internet service. These days it monitors temps/humidity in my garage since I use a AC Infinity 69 Pro and have a Inkbird WiFi unit for my heater. The alarm setting on the Govee can be good if there's a sudden problem in your...

    Is it worth getting?

Having a wifi/bt enabled therm/hygro is definitely worth having unless you're using a smart controller that probably already does the same thing. Any one that can actually graph the conditions across time is also helpful to figure out not only what is happening but what the grow environment is...

    Mysterious necrotic spots

I'm sure that'll be fine. If you only ran water through them earlier today or a few hours ago that isn't a problem. You just don't want to re-saturate if they've been soaking wet for a day or two, because then you're just over-watering and the medium isn't drying out enough not to drown them.

    Mysterious necrotic spots

In the future, when you do a plain water flush, plan in the last gallon to be a somewhat mild feed to make sure they have something to work with, given Promix doesn't have any native nutrient content, maybe something like half of what you'd normally do.

    Ph meeters

Yeah, from first use it's been that way. It calibrates fine (though that takes time too) and it's accurate, but it just takes a long time. I actually often use the 'hold' function in the middle momentarily so that it doesn't shut itself off while it crawls downward. Definitely takes minutes not...

    Mysterious necrotic spots

I generally don't bother with runoff pH or EC...unless there's a major problem. But when you're flushing, it's good to check the run off stats along the way, so you know how hot the medium had gotten as well as how effective your flush is and if you need to go further or have done enough. If...

    Mysterious necrotic spots

What's the runoff on the days that you're only giving 3g of water? After 6g, I'd expect low EC/PPM because of all the water you've put through. Remember that plants don't move as fast as we do, so don't expect them to show improvement in the window of a couple days when it comes to...

    Ph meeters

Cool. I'd consider it if/when my Bluelab meter decides to quit. It's been solid for a couple years without any issues, but they don't last forever. The only negative about the Bluelab one for me is that it takes a good while to get to the reading point I rinse it in our tap water (8.something)...

Red root and curled Cotyledons - Normal?

Exactly. No need for a dome with germination, and it could be more harm than good. Seed.Dirt.Water.Light.
