Seed and tail in to dirt on Feb 26 so about 26-27 days. So each one could grow in to pot ? There's like 50 of them?

My first time I actually have some hope. Can anyone comment on what I think are buds in these pictures? Will each one (looks like a flower) turn in to a bud? For instance, it looks like maybe 10 buds just at the top section?? Do the lower "flowers", which are somewhat hidden in leaves, grow...
