I'd go with 400w and try your 4" fan but think youll need a 5" or 6" extraction fan, If you want to stay with 600 i think youll need an air-cooled hood and a pretty powerful 6" extraction fan

Looks like possible early signs of nute burn, What soil are you using? Ideally for seedlings and cuttings you want nutrient free soil and then to add your own in 2-3 weeks when needed. What PH r u giving them?

I preffer jiffy pellets, As Krust says you need to d a bit more research on this. As soon as you taske the cutting put it in water or cloning solution - like strait away to avoid air getting in the stem.

New growers should use Canna Coco IMO, It's easier to control than soil and is almost impossible to over-water. At OP, if you've over fertilized then flush with 3x the ammount of water the pot can hold, IE: 2 gal pot, Flush with 6gal of just PH'd water.

It's the only place it can go mate... This RUCK 125 literally sounds like an aircraft at full whack! Would a VARIAC power regulator from fleabay be sufficient to run this at 1/3 or 1/4?
