Need much more info than that, How bigs your space?? how many plants? what light is giving 5k lumens?? 5k lumens is enough for 1 plant IMO. 5K Lumens per sq foot or more = good results.

250W HPS will piss all over a 300W LED in terms of yield and especially quailty of the buds.

A watt is a watt no matter where its being used, 300W LED VS 250W hps = LED using more electric and giving less yield/less quality buds.

HPS all the way, Your yields will piss all over the LED if you can control the heat, With a cooltube this shouldnt be a problem.

All depends on your growing techniques and your enviroment, I'd say between 3 and 10 oz, doubt you'll be getting 10z as thats more than 1g/watt but you might just be epic at growing who knows...
