What's the feedback among you cfl guru's regarding the cfl floodlights with a built-in reflector? How do they compare to a regular spiral in a basic clamp reflector? I would like to add a couple cfl's to each side of my fluoro hood (veg) and my HPS cooltube (flower).

You are right, you scrog to spread out the branches to get a blanket of buds filling the screen. msdsm's example is taller than most because he has a sativa dominant plant. Not a stupid question at all.
