I heard that lots of people dont do grows with 24/7 lighting anymore cuase it was proven the plants dont get an more out of it past 18 hours. I havent read on it in awhile so i could be wrong.

ya you can save em, just throw em in a freezer bag put em in the freezer. I probably would just toss em but there will be a little thc in them.

Normally once your past the seedling stage you want the light maybe 4 inches off your plant. I use a 600W sodium with air cooler and i damn near touch the light to my girls.

That might be a little slower than usually but they do look a healthy green so i wouldnt worry about it. That bulb shouldnt give off much heat id move it a little closer even.
